If you are or were a participant or beneficiary of the Maersk Savings and Retirement Plan, at any time from September 22, 2017, through the date of preliminary approval of the Settlement, your rights may be affected by a proposed settlement of this class action lawsuit.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
